Support with heart and mind.
It is not possible to ignore sponsorship in the Sports world today. Remember the times when athletes that accepted money were not allowed to compete at the Olympics for breaking their Amateur status. Today nothing would function in the Sports world without sponsorship - also not in the Horse Sport. The quality of the Championship level horses has increased immeasurably and the costs as well. Also the prize money at major competitions has increased to become more attractive to the top members of the sport which would not be possible without generous Sponsors.

It is nice that some of the very successful riders, for example Ludger Beerbaum, make an effort to secure sponsorship for the upcoming stars of tomorrow. Also the less fortunate Dressage Sport is finding more sponsorship due to the increasing interest in the Sport from the public. Sponsorship is the only way to continue the success of the Horse Sport and keep it attractive to the Public.

At smaller regional tournaments the managers are also dependent on sponsorship, and these are the tournaments where our riders and young horses polish the skills they will need for later and more difficult tasks. We can't forget the numerous helpers around the horses. They are also in a way sponsors of the Sport because without their help the Horse Sport in general would not be where it is today.

As horse friends and breeders we have the responsibility, and the pleasure, to carry our part of the Horse Sport sponsorship. Not only in a financial aspect, but also to share the happiness and sorrow of our partner riders and horses and to be understanding and helpful by all problems and worries when it hasn't all gone as well as expected. While we all know that there are always high and low points when you're working with horses.

Our partner for years in the International Jumping Sport is Soeren von Roenne. At the moment he rides the Internationally successful Charlottenhof horses Chandra, Classix Girl and Athletica.

But we also have partners in the "Land": Marcus Reiger with Charlottenhof's Cap de Cor and Charlottenhof's Zymth as well as our young horses that our hopes are riding on, that start their education for the Sport career we wish for them.

Our support of the Dressage Sport is also growing: Karin and Frank Angst with Charlottenhof's World Game and the "hopefuls" Weltlady, Laura, Cher and Whisper. Holger Schulze with Charlottenhof's Clarence Parc and the up and comers Ilca, Roussau and Ravenna.

Notable Sport success will be released as quickly as possible on our News page.
